The community shall be governed subject to the following:

We hold these truths to be self-evident:

• all individuals are created with separate and equal station under the Laws of Nature and Nature's God
• Individuals are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights
• among those Rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness
• to secure Individuals' Rights, Governments are instituted among Individuals - deriving their Powers from the consent of the governed
• Powers shall only be granted when they prudently benefit overall the Governed - not for light, transient, extravagant, or unfair reasons
• Governments shall openly disclose and timely report all matters to the Governed
• Powers benefits and sanctions shall be fully and equally applied - with justice for all and privilege for none
• when Governments fail to protect the Rights or Security of the Governed, they shall be subject to Individual redress and compensation and change or elimination by the Governed
